“Bought a custom embroided jacket for my wife's business. Ordered a small on 4 day delivery but when this wasn't the case I contacted customer service and by far the best customer service I have ever had held their hands up and admitted it hadn't been dispatched yet (mine was just a single jacket they were probably prioritising their bigger orders first which is just smart business) they quickly emailed me back saying that they apologise and upgraded my delivery to express for free which then turned up the next day! Unfortunately it was then the wrong size again mistakes happen but the quality was amazing and definitely worth the money paid so I figured it was worth again messaging and once again quick response and to my surprise they sent me a replacement with no hassle no fee no stress of returning the old one . I can't compliment this company enough despite the events that happened they completely turned it around , due to the quality of the item I would 100% return.
So if your going to take anything from my experience take this

Very bad print quality and they did print it not right.
Very poor textile of jacket. the white of the jacket is not white but dirty white.if you want waste your money and time you can work with these amateur people. Check out the pictures and see what I mean. my little son can make it better with his johan faber pencil set. 35 euro for this”

Website clearly states 6 working days, after 7 I rang customer services to enquire and they blamed it on COVID (March 2021). It had been over a year now giving them plenty of time to alter the delivery time specified on the website. Took 12 working days to arrive. COVID is no longer an excuse! Do better! But if you are reading this post-coronavirus, this is the cheapest good quality product on the market”
