“Customer service was prompt and helpful informing me that the images i had provided were low-resolution, so I could make adjustments, in the end they were OK for my requirement.
Issue I had;
Grandad's 60th B-day, so I ordered the Grandchildren a "Happy Birthday" photoprint T-shirt.
Two size: 5-6 & One size: 4-5
Problem was the smaller size was approx. 1cm smaller, but they printed the image and writing 2/3rds smaller than the larger T-shirts, so one of the grandchildren wasn't too pleased and asked why hers was so much smaller.
Couldn't understand why they did this and the next day was Easter Holidays so I didn't have time to resolve the matter.”

“Bought a custom embroided jacket for my wife's business. Ordered a small on 4 day delivery but when this wasn't the case I contacted customer service and by far the best customer service I have ever had held their hands up and admitted it hadn't been dispatched yet (mine was just a single jacket they were probably prioritising their bigger orders first which is just smart business) they quickly emailed me back saying that they apologise and upgraded my delivery to express for free which then turned up the next day! Unfortunately it was then the wrong size again mistakes happen but the quality was amazing and definitely worth the money paid so I figured it was worth again messaging and once again quick response and to my surprise they sent me a replacement with no hassle no fee no stress of returning the old one . I can't compliment this company enough despite the events that happened they completely turned it around , due to the quality of the item I would 100% return.
So if your going to take anything from my experience take this
