“My team had asked me to source a supplier for a large order of mugs with our new logo on them. I came across TShirt Studio on the internet after recommended university suppliers indicated that they had insufficient mugs in stock and weren't sure when they would be ordering more. TShirt studio proved very helpful and patient whilst we tweaked the logos on the mugs, produced them quickly and delivered all 75 mugs promptly. They also gave a fantastic 25% discount for a bulk buy. All round very pleased (I also ordered some baby grows from them and they very kindly replaced the one after the new mother inadvertently put it on the wrong wash cycle). “3 our of 4 of my orders were not delivered and i had to ring several times before they finally acknowledged that the orders had not been delivered - i spoke to a rude lady called joanne who basically tried to suggest it was all my fault because i hadn't ordered the more expensive delivery service - i asked to speak to her manager as i was getting nowhere with her and she just refused and put the phone down on me. “They asked for a review, although I've only had the jumper for a short while, and it's a birthday gift.
I can however review the last garment we bought at the end of last year.
The image I had printed on to it was good quality and did not fade much at all over the months despite the jumper being a favourite item. It endured being machine washed on many occasions.The fit was good, the material was pretty good quality too and durable (I've had things like this from elsewhere where the material was painfully thin).
This purchase is actually a direct replacement for the one I got last year, it's still healthy, we need a bigger size due to my child's annoying habit of growing.
I've got every faith the new one will be just as good. I should also mention that when I was creating the first one I made a few blunders along the way, but the Customer Service people were quick to respond, didn't leave me hanging for days and days and explained my errors in straightforward laymen's terms.
If the new one does turn out to be rubbish I'll login here and immediately provide some scathing words. But I'd be surprised if that was necessary.”
