“They corrected a mistake spontaneously and for free which surprised me as I did not ask for that as the issue want too bad.
But let me explain, why what they did was so exceptionally good.
I had uploaded a design with a rather low res image in it. Looked ok on a screen but printed full size might have been a bit "meh".
Their most excellent Candace spotted that and paused the order for me to either confirm use of the low res pic or provide a better quality one (which I did). I duly emailed her a higher res version and got a message they'd go ahead using that.
This is where it got slightly wrong. I received the high res pic version shortly thereafter but some how the border I had selected had gotten left off and the print had defaulted to the standard Black - which meant it was invisible on a dark (very dark indeed, in fact their "Navy may as well be black as 4 of the 5 folks I showed it to said it was black and that show it looks to me on one in five thought it might be not quite a true black) Navy T-Shirt.
Anyhow, I messaged kind Candace about this asking if there was anything they could do but making no demands as it was OK just not exactly right. And received an apology and the correct T-shirt within a couple of days!

“Years ago, T shirt printing appeared to be a little naff, I didn't understand the technology then and still don't now, but the difference is mind boggling. Instead of a cheap transfer 'stuck' on the front, it looks like the design has been tattooed into the very fabric itself.
The quality of the print/tattoo is absolutely amazing and when you upload an image, you can easily manipulate your design with the on screen tools. Honestly, i'm 55 and it really is intuitive and only takes a few minutes to familiarise yourself with it. My design was a logo of a very old band and this design service and the quality of the replicated design was exactly like the original.
The colours & lines are crisp & clear, there is no ink 'bleed' or smudging and there is no evidence of any borders. In short this is a perfect replica of a much loved original, with new life breathed into it with amazing new technology. I am absoultely delighted with this service. The pictures i've attached show the Tee right out of the delivery bag. There is a minor dark area, that was only a damp patch due to the recent rains & not a defect. The Tee shirt itself appears to be a good quality too. All in all, great value & great quality.”
