“First time at this location and setup of store was impressive. Staff was very helpful and polite. Some fish prices seem a little high, but with TSM handling the quarantine process and the quality of the fish it’s well worth it. I plan to come back for all my fish and coral purchases.”

“Easy ordering. Fish were in great shape. After QTing my own fish, any extra cost is well worth it and after looking at time, and extra expense, TSM is probably cheaper than doing it myself. Fish arrived in less than 24 hours. Would not hesitate to order again.”

“First experience with ordering online , they were respectful , had a problem with UPS holding my fish , for several days , 2 of the fish didnt make it , but it wasnt TSM s fault , and gave me the option for redund or credit , i took the credit and got two more fish , all creatures i got came happy and healthy and ate right away!!”

“Matt helped me out and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Great customer service and the quality of fish are amazing. Only place I will get my fish going forward. Only thing I will say can be improved is please get some air conditioning in the building. With this heat it was hard to browse for long in there because it was so hot and I started to drip in sweat and I can’t imagine the employees enjoy it either. But honestly the best place to get quality fish with great service!”
