“Yesterday, i ordered new shoes for my son who desperately needed them for school. Paid next day delivery and the order still hasnt even left the warehouse 28 hours later. When you pay the high price for next day, you expect it to arrive the next day! Will be contacting customer services for a refund.”

Week later, no email or parcel. Have requested refund but no response so far. Will NEVER order again.”
