"I've bought from Tu at Sainsbury's before but this was my first time ordering online. I won't be bothering again!\r\n\r\nI bought two pairs of jeans - both 14S to match my existing ones. There can be some discrepancy with sizes but this is utterly astonishing. The attached picture shows my original pair (dark blue) against the ordered black and mint green ones. I have no idea how that can be so wrong.\r\n\r\nI also bought a pair of wide leg trousers. The size was fine but upon removing the hanger, there was obvious discoloration to the waistline. The trouser hems also look worn.\r\n\r\nI now have to trudge back to the store to return them. A complete waste of time and incredibly disappointing.\r\n\r\nMy local Sainsbury's has changing rooms but they close in the evening - the time when I'd be going after work - otherwise I'd keep all Tu clothing shopping to in-store only."

"Paid for next day delivery didn't come, when I called it was a system fault! When I asked when I would get it all they could tell me was its in the depot for delivery, which I knew as I had been emailed on the day of delivery, manager came on the call asked me to hold while he went through the system, he came back on to tell me he couldn't find out, sorry about the wait as he hadn't a clue how to work the system!?! I asked why you a manager if you don't know how to work the system?? Famous words next \" it's not my job\" wow how the heck did you get the managers job if you don't know the system!?!? \r\nSophie the agent had to show Joseph the manager what to do! ( calls are recorded too! ) so I was refunded my delivery cost but left without my school shirts for my boy that was so urgent and there was next day delivery, the only reason I used this, total FAIL for tu clothing! Terrible service and customer services was just not there, still no clue to when I will get my parcel!"

"Did not receive my child\u2019s school uniform when I paid for a next day delivery. My child has no uniform on the first day of school. No customer service available to contact. Rubbish!!! Bring my money back!!!!"
