“Belcekiz beach hotel SUE and SOFIE super stars 💖 Not to keen on the airline you use.sunexpess is a bit wanting,doesn't know what's going on on board,can be dangerous as they let things go unseen as in people having mental knives on board they snaffled from the lounge at manchester airport for their cheese and crackers they also took beer bottles on plane stewards did see but didn't bother which I found quite shocking”

“Suzi from Tui Tunbridge Wells branch has been extremely helpful in organising our holiday to Lake Garda. We are 4 widowed ladies who enjoying going away together & Suzi steered us in the right direction by finding us the most suitable resort & hotel. By”

“Would just like to say a massive thank you to Lewis Zaworotko. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that our holiday booking was the perfect place that we wanted to go to. The patience and kindness he showed was appreciated and we ended up booking another holiday with him. I will always try and book with Lewis Zaworotko at TUI in Newport retail park. Please pass on my thanks for a job well done and look forward to booking many more with him.”

“Myself and my partner unfortunately had to move our holiday to next year due to an unforeseen illness. We should have flown in one weeks time. The ladies in the Newton Abbot TUI shop have been so helpful in guiding us through a potentially stressful situation and sorted it all out for us. We have booked all of our holidays in store over the past 6 years as everyone is so helpful and friendly and it’s so reassuring to speak to someone face to face. They are a credit to TUI, we always recommend them to friends and we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thanks to all at the Newton Abbot TUI shop and of course Head Office for agreeing to the amendment.”

“I would just like to say a huge thank you to Rosie from TUI Llandudno store, Rosie went above and beyond to solve a big problem I had after booking online. I needed to transfer my holiday from this May to May 2024, online customer service not good put my holiday on a stop sale, for weeks and weeks, deadline date was today and if wasn't Rosie and her Manager supporting me, I may have had to cancel my holiday and the extra cost would have been astronomical. Thank you Rosie for being so professional, pleasant, supportive, I can't thank you enough. I'll never book online again, I received the personal touch. Thank you.”

“4 of us booked a holiday today with the help of the Burnham on Sea office and had a lovely lady, Sheri, talk us through and book our holiday to Greece. Everything was explained step by step and we got an excellent deal. Thank you for being knowledgeable, and taking the time to talk us through everything as a couples package. Would highly recommend. “Just to let you know that my wife and I had a lovely holiday and it was all thanks to your lovely rep Debra Ager let me explain,we we arrived at Gatwick north 9am we went to the desk to be told we can’t fly as our covid passport had expired so it was explained that the nhs only grant one per email so only us could fly then your lovely Debra Ager suggested we create a new email for me which she done for me then we had to wait patiently and at 12 50 pm we got the reply back from the Nhs and our flight was at wait for it 1 30 pm that all happened in Gatwick North So thanks Debra Ager and Tui”

“Just come back from a week at akti beach Cyprus which was fantastic and want to say a massive thanks to Claire our TUI rep for going above and beyond when the island was closed down due to Coronavirus. She answered everyone’s questions and kept us up to date on any changes that was happening and made numerous trips back and forth to the hotel. Thanks Claire x”

“Booked with Tui for our trip to Turkey everything from start to finish went very smooth and had a fantastic holiday staff very professional and friendly would highly recommend Tui for all your holiday needs only downside baggage drop at airport very poor but overall very enjoyable”
