“TT makes listing a property easy. Writing the description and storing pictures is the hard part for me. I always forget where I save them and the pictures I want to use. TT stores my description and pictures, so all i have to do is click and boom my property is posted to 20+ websites FOR FREE. The preliminary screening questions work wonders for me. They allow you to pre-screen for qualified tenants. I have not used it for rent collection, yet, but I am sure it is just as flawless as the rental listing side.”

“I love TurboTenant. This is a must-have for landlords! It’s easy to use, helps qualify applicants with prescreen and provides credit score report after application is received. It also allows for document upload/storage, per property, which helps me stay organized. Free marketing in 30-day increments is awesome too. I highly recommend this app!!”
