“While Twinkl has been great to deal with when I've had issues, their reviews on the platform are misleading. When I gave a lower rating (3 stars), they contacted me for feedback, which I provided (and was constructive). Then they removed my review including my feedback without editing the original resources or providing alternatives! They also featured more 5 star ratings from anonymous accounts to boost the rating of the resource.”
“I've been using twinkle for a few years now. I like their Australian Education resources and they have been helpful as a Special Needs Education Assistant. Trials that end and the start of a new billing cycle should be done with reminders on when payments are due, so we aren't surprised when money is paid on subscritions.”

“I had an issue with cancelling my account, as whilst great resources available they were not suitable for my needs, I thought the cancellation had completed but turns out it didn't go through properly. When I had the payment taken after cancelling I contacted through the online chat and was helped by Beccy who was fantastic, she looked at the issue, explained the problem and resolved within 5 minutes of speaking to me. I came away from the chat satisfied that she had properly taken the time to look at the issue.”
