“I was battling to get into the paid app, getting very frustrated, as I also had a free version on another email address which was confusing the ussue. When I wrote to Twinkl support, various agents followed up over a period of days to sort out the problem, not giving up until I could get into the site. They were all polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

“Twinkl is a great platform to a parent like me to find free activity sheets that are appropriate for my son's age. My free trial ends and didn't noticed that my account has been linked to my Twinkl account then once it has balance it automatically renewed the 1 year premium subscription. Had to email their customer support and it was great because of their quick response and Ma'am Gemma removed the payment account linked to Twinkl. I am just waiting to be refunded as that amount is for buying my son's uniform.”
