“I had an issue with closing my account and money being taken accidentally. It turned out I had an old account and that was how there had been confusion. Kaye resolved the issue and the payment was refunded.”
“I was nearing the renewal date for my Twinkl Ultimate subscription but was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to afford the renewal price as it was going to be £55.88 more than id previously paid. I had previously received a discounted price which was a massive help financially. Twinkl used to release discount codes each term, which were fantastic, but, unfortunately, Twinkl no longer offer these discount codes. I contacted Twinkl and Emma arranged an extension to my current subscription allowing me more time to address my financial deficiencies. This has meant that I can still help my Granddaughter with her school work and we can still enjoy our interactions together whilst using the fantastic range of learning tools and resources when she visits. I would recommend Twinkl to every parent/carer/teacher and am enormously grateful for the prompt assistance and responses whenever ive contacted Twinkl, not to mention the care and support offered by Amy & Emma, which has meant so much to me and my Granddaughter!
