🌟🌟🌟🌟 I highly recommend Twinkl! Over the past four years of homeschooling my children, I’ve used Twinkl for two of them—and it truly helped me transition from a brand-new homeschool mom to a much more confident and experienced one. At one point, I accidentally entered the wrong email address when creating my account. Even though my credit card kept paying the monthly fee, I couldn’t log in anymore. Because the amount was small, I didn’t notice until a year later. I was so worried that I might not be able to recover the payments—but when I called Twinkl, I received o fro Emma, Carmen, and Gemma were all incredibly kind and efficient. They quickly solved my problem, created a new account for me, and transferred all the unused membership time to it. Now I can access my receipts and continue using my account smoothly. During the call, my English wasn’t perfect, but Emma was so understanding and encouraging. She told me, “Your English is great—I can understand you easily!” That small moment made me feel so warm and respected. A company’s employees reflect its true heart and culture—and I’m truly grateful to have met such a wonderful team. Twinkl has earned my full trust. I’ll continue using it as one of the most important resources for our homeschooling journey, and I highly recommend every family give it a try. You can find any subject materials you need there! I was looking for Alphabet Displays in the shape of the sound of that letter, e.g., c - cat. I couldn't seem to link it. Laura from customer service sent me links to the resources and I'm so happy. I also found other crafts, worksheets and flashcards to use as well.

Heather and Kate were able to reorganise my membership, apply discounts and freeze my start date so that this worked alongside my work commitments. All this was done promptly. Confirmation emails were sent out detailing all the changes we had agreed upon. This is a great example of what customer service should be. Excellent customer service from Gemma at Twinkl. Gemma dealt with my request extremely quickly and efficiently. Gemma also acknowledged an error made by a bot and apologised for that. Thank you so much for help today! It made such a difference.

When I applied for my refund because I had not canceled my yearly subscription, the responses I received were very prompt and reassuring, from chatting with the bot to interacting with an actual agent. Thank you for the transparency.
