“Nervous at first to order from a company I've never heard of before since I live in another state - but super pleased with the buying experience. And when I called customer service I actually got a real live person who actually works in the store!!! Package arrived on time, well packaged.”

“I live on Marylands Eastern Shore and honestly I had never heard of Tyler's . So I new I wanted this particular shoes from Reef so being a bit nervously to order from a company I never heard of .... I'm glad I placed the order .... shoes came quickly and as stated ! Great service ! I will look at Tyler's from here on out !”

“I bought Hari Mari flops off this site because they were out of my size on their site. Flip flops were poorly manufactured and the toe bed in the left flop is wrinkled and not adhered properly. I know it’s not Tyler’s fault, but quality control should have noticed the issue before they were shipped.”

“Just for your information, I did not make a purchase with you company with my credit card. My credit card number was stolen. I would assume that if a purchase was made in person that no one bother to asked for ID. This thief made several purchases at you locations.”

“I love Tyler’s for their quality workout wear, summer wear, tennis shoes and bathing suits! Thank you for a fun store to shop in. If there was one thing I would change, it would be a better system in place for transferring an item from another store. Several times my order was lost or just never received a call. Overall…5-Star!”

“While I’m happy with my product I’m very disappointed and feel taken advantage of with the cost of shipping! I found the store through a Google Shopping search and was charged $25 to for shipping. When I still had not received any shipping notifications a week later I went to the website and found that shipping was $13. I called to inquire about my order and was told they had to look into the status. Several hours later I finally received notification that my item shipped! Would that had happened if I hadn’t called! If I’m paying OVER the advertised rate I would’ve expected faster service and delivery that didn’t rely on ME calling to remind them of my order!”
