“I was looking for a specific brand & style of a sandal. Probably 6 different stores were listed as having them for sale. Tyler's was the only store that actually did have them in stock & available in the color & size I was looking for.”

“I was very impressed with customer service. Live in upstate ny obviously not near your retail stores and had some questions regarding ordering online for a gift sent to family in Texas. They explained to me the process and went above and beyond to get my order completed and sent quickly. I have had two wonderful customer experiences in the past two months and when I visit family next I will be visiting u to our retail store !”

“Walked into Tyler's in Ft Worth. Strictly based on name. My son Tyler passed away January 14th at 24 years old. First thing I saw was a bag, Tyler's loves you very much. So I ordered a dozen online. Yeah, I know it seems corny. But at that moment, I really needed to see that bag, extra 's and all.”
