“I’m located in Michigan and had been looking for these Nike 270’s for a LONG time. I saw them during the summer and my wife and I decided that we would get each other the 270’s the other wanted as Christmas presents, only the find that neither of the colors we wanted were being made anymore. We never found the color my wife wanted and I could find only a limited supply of the color I wanted, but never in my size or a pair that was not “pre-owned”. Until one day, when I randomly saw my size pop up as “available” on Tyler’s website. Being from Michigan, I was not even sure if it was legit site, but I wanted my shoes so bad! I put them in my cart, paid, and they arrived about a week later. Wearing them right now! Maybe I will start checking Tyler’s first from now on!”

“CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. AT FIRST I WAS TOLD THE ITEM I ORDERED WAS OUT OF STOCK BUT SHORTLY THEREAFTER I RECEIVED NOTICE THAT IT COULD BE DELIVERED. VERY PLEASED WITH FOLLOWUP AND ATTITUDE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. I'M IN THE NORTHEAST SO THE SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY WAS A PLEASURE”

“I was sent the incorrect bag. Instead of the duffel I received a backpack. I took it into the Tyler’s store here in Dallas and they processed the refund. Overall I like Tyler’s a lot and they were nice at the store but it could have upset my daughter had I not opened the box before her birthday.”

The gentleman I spoke with was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of. Not only did it ship the same day, I was not charged extra for expedited shipping. “Three days before Christmas, I realized I forgot to order one of the items on my son’s Christmas list. I tried to purchase on the link he sent me, but the item was out of stock. I “Googled” the item and Tyler’s in Texas popped right up, showing the item in stock. Not only was it in stock, it was the exact color and size my son wanted. I ordered it online, knowing full well it would not arrive before Christmas. I live in California. I was so surprised to get an email later the same day, informing me that the item already shipped out. I received the item the morning after Christmas, much to my delight! It was fun to wrap it up and have an extra gift to give out the day after Christmas. Thank you Tyler’s for your incredible service!”
