“Absolutely terrible. They market a different pair of shoes than the ones they send you. Their customer service sucks. They blame you for the coloring appearing different in person not on the fact they send you a completely different shoe. They also refuse to accept responsibility. Could not suggest this company less.”

“I paid quite a bit extra for the expedited shipping but did not get the package in an expedited fashion. It took them over 48 hours to even ship it. Bummer. It was a gift and I missed the opportunity to give it.”

“Tyler’s customer service is amazing. I had a missing package and was worried that I would not receive it. I emailed their customer support and they responded immediately with a replacement order. I was very thankful. Will definitely be shopping here again in the future.”

“The website was easy to browse by price, had a great selection of smaller gifts in addition to the shoes I was seeking, and my items came quickly! My only complaint is that my lip balm holder (specifically the part that connects the holder itself to the keyring) completely unraveled within one week of use, making it un-usable now. I’m super disappointed because I was really excited about this little gadget and was about to show it off to a friend when I realized it had unraveled! Otherwise, my Girl Gang stickers look great and the Reef sandals are super cute and comfy—I get tons of compliments on them.”

“If I could give Tyler's 10 stars, I would! They went way above and beyond to help me find an item I wanted to give as a birthday gift. When the item was not available for me to order online, I called customer service. They located a pair in one of their stores, and shipped them to me! Outstanding and friendly customer service!! Thank you, Tyler's staff! You all are the best!!!! **********”

“I had a wonderful first shopping experience with Tyler's. I was searching for a specific North Face backpack in a specific color for my 7th grader's first day of school. Of course, I was last-minute in my search. Tyler's came in clutch with 1-3 day delivery, getting the backpack to us the day before school started. After I placed the order, I called customer service to get some reassurance on my purchase because I was previously unfamiliar with Tyler's. The online orders associate was SO kind and SO helpful. He tracked my order in your system and assured me that it should arrive to us in time. And it did! I will certainly shop with Tyler's again!”

“We purchased one shirt in store and request a o order a another, as it wasn't available in the size we needed in-store. Instead of receiving the shirt we ordered, we received the same shirt we purchased in store. I've contacted Racquet and Jog in Tyler twice in an attempt to get directions to begin a return, but the manager is never in when I call, and no one has returned my call. I don't live in Tyler, so I need mail order directions, and our 30 day return time period is up soon. Incredibly poor customer service, especially given the money we spend. I'm going to have to waste a half day driving back to return a shirt that we didn't order.”
