“I was sent the incorrect bag. Instead of the duffel I received a backpack. I took it into the Tyler’s store here in Dallas and they processed the refund. Overall I like Tyler’s a lot and they were nice at the store but it could have upset my daughter had I not opened the box before her birthday.”

“Tyler's customer support is phenomenal! I shopped late for a Christmas gift and needed to make sure I could get it shipped on time. The gentleman I spoke with was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of. Not only did it ship the same day, I was not charged extra for expedited shipping. Thank you for making sure my gift showed up on time.”

“Three days before Christmas, I realized I forgot to order one of the items on my son’s Christmas list. I tried to purchase on the link he sent me, but the item was out of stock. I “Googled” the item and Tyler’s in Texas popped right up, showing the item in stock. Not only was it in stock, it was the exact color and size my son wanted. I ordered it online, knowing full well it would not arrive before Christmas. I live in California. I was so surprised to get an email later the same day, informing me that the item already shipped out. I received the item the morning after Christmas, much to my delight! It was fun to wrap it up and have an extra gift to give out the day after Christmas. Thank you Tyler’s for your incredible service!”
