“If I could give Tyler's 10 stars, I would! They went way above and beyond to help me find an item I wanted to give as a birthday gift. When the item was not available for me to order online, I called customer service. They located a pair in one of their stores, and shipped them to me! Outstanding and friendly customer service!! Thank you, Tyler's staff! You all are the best!!!! **********”

“I had a wonderful first shopping experience with Tyler's. I was searching for a specific North Face backpack in a specific color for my 7th grader's first day of school. Of course, I was last-minute in my search. Tyler's came in clutch with 1-3 day delivery, getting the backpack to us the day before school started. After I placed the order, I called customer service to get some reassurance on my purchase because I was previously unfamiliar with Tyler's. The online orders associate was SO kind and SO helpful. He tracked my order in your system and assured me that it should arrive to us in time. And it did! I will certainly shop with Tyler's again!”

“We purchased one shirt in store and request a o order a another, as it wasn't available in the size we needed in-store. Instead of receiving the shirt we ordered, we received the same shirt we purchased in store. I've contacted Racquet and Jog in Tyler twice in an attempt to get directions to begin a return, but the manager is never in when I call, and no one has returned my call. I don't live in Tyler, so I need mail order directions, and our 30 day return time period is up soon. Incredibly poor customer service, especially given the money we spend. I'm going to have to waste a half day driving back to return a shirt that we didn't order.”

“My foot is a 9 1/2, I ordered a 10… it barely fit my foot. I contacted support, and Jon was the person I spoke with. Jon was courteous, caring, and fully supportive in getting me the sandals I wanted in the size best fitting to my foot. He checked with the manufacturer and found they run a little small to our size. Jon worked with me on the return and the replacement of the product, and was so courteous and generous in his time for my happiness in the transactions. If Jon is the example of this business, then I will be a repeat customer my whole life going forward!!! I recommend Jon for any position he applies, and I’d hire him to work for me if I ran a business!!! He gets customer service!! Thanks Jon!”
