“I had a little issue with my order but as soon as I contacted them about it they were on top of it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I wish they were the ones that realized the issue before me, but otherwise great customer service, very friendly and fast shipping! Will shop here again for sure!”

“Ordered boots for Christmas for my wife on Sunday, Dec. 18th. Initially, ordered the wrong size. Called Tyler's on Monday to change size. Customer service was excellent and said item would be shipped in 2-3 days. I was concerned whether the boots would arrive by Christmas and if they would be the right size. Boots arrived on December 23rd and both wife and I were very pleased with purchase. Price was good and customer service was outstanding. Thank you. John”

“No contact from email about order and had to go into the physical store and repurchase all items being out over 280 dollars which is totally unacceptable especially during the Putin price hike. Likely will never use the online store again and go into the physical in Dallas Texas which the employees where soooo caring and understanding.”

“I returned an item in the store that I had ordered online. They refunded me the price I paid for the shirt in store, but they didn’t refund the shipping. When I asked about it, she said she would have to make a phone call to see how to fix it and that it would take a while.”

“The North Face company website was out of stock for item wanted for my wife as a Xmas gift. Googled name and style of coat and found Tyler's. Never heard of store since I'm in and from Indiana. Wife loved the color and newest style of the north face coat”
