“I was thrilled to be able to receive a North Face jacket my daughter wanted for Christmas. It arrived right on time, in fact, earlier than I anticipated. It was sold out all over. Packed nicely and my daughter loved it!”

“I never knew about Tyler’s until the week before Christmas. The only place I could find the Vans sneakers in the size my son needed. In addition this shipment required to be delivered to an LA address. Hands down Tyler’s handled- shipped out and delivered as expected. Top Notch!!!”

“We shopped for gifts for children and grandchildren! We have family in Dallas and since we don’t have the many store selections they have, everyone is happy with the selections your store has. If there is a problem with size or choice, they can return there. We also ordered “ON” shoes from Tyler’s. They are perfect size, choice and fit. Tyler’s Racket and Jog, Tyler Texas was good for us.”

“Had a great experience. Found some Birkenstock's that were not available anywhere else, and got them early enough to put under the Christmas tree. Made my son's Christmas wish come true! Thank you for actually keeping these shoes in stock so they were available when needed! I will go to Tyler's when I am looking for shoes in the future.”

“I ordered the wrong size and when we tried to exchange it the color in her size was not what she wanted. However the phone assistant at Tyler's was excellent in handling my return. I would highly recommend doing business with their mail-order department. I will be shopping with Tyler's again.”

“The hat I ordered was not great quality. Printed on design rather than embroidered. The hat looks cheap even though it wasn’t at all. The box came crushed and the hat was not packed well to keep it in new condition. It was just inside a Tyler’s bag and put in a box, so the hat was crushed too.”
