“I love shopping in Tyler’s stores, so I ordered a pair of $150 shoes online. Big mistake. Ordered a 8.5. They sent a 9.5. Now I have to go through all of the trouble to print out a return label, get them mailed back, and wait on the right size. This definitely turned me away from ordering here again.”
