“Working great for getting to and from my hunting stands. I was having issues with a pedal assisted bike getting the pedals and chain hung up in tall grass. The UBCO solved that problem.”

“Wish to thank Chris and the NZ UBCO team for the awesome prize, I'm so very grateful. The service and communications to get it to me was outstanding. I went classic/traditional for my choice of frame (white) and it looks awesome. Will keep you all updated as the new adventure/s roll on.”

“UBCO was great to deal with. They helped me through the purchase process while I was mobilized and the bike shipped promptly on time when I was back from duty to get it from the carrier. They were very helpful before, during and after the sale. The reps were quick to respond when I had some questions about use regarding the keys, and overall their customer service was fantastic. 10/10.”

“In my opinion the machine is overpriced for what you get (compared to adventure model) but still great, fun, and what I expected. Everything the company claims is delivered in quality and spec. It's not designed to jump off short ledges but capable of 98% offroad activity. HOWEVER! There is room for improvement in the suspension, handlebar height and moat importantly it needs a parking brake. I'm using a velcro strap as a parking brake when I'm siting on it on a hill and need my hands for something else (like binoculars, drinking, handling gps, fussing with clothes, etc.)”

“Usually in this day and time you can’t really get the help you need. You often are talking to some call center that has no idea of the product they’re supporting, language barriers, push you to take it to a dealer which is just a way to make the dealer more money, or once the product is purchased they don’t really care! I’ve had to call UBCO on three different occasions: Twice just to order some things I wanted. Once to troubleshoot an issue. I spoke with a Clayton and I’ve got to say that he’s on point. The service provided couldn’t have been any better. I wish other companies withheld the same standards of service.”

“UBCO personell are great to deal with, and their products are unmatched by any other company. I just bought my 2nd bike. I wouldn't have any else at the same price. They back up their products like no other company I've dealt with, ever. 5 star recommended without a doubt!”

“This cycle and the UBCO company are truly in a class of their own. This cycle meets all of the criteria for what I was looking for and no others did. I’m an old guy and recovering cancer patient that wanted some help getting around the high mountains of Utah. This cycle exceeds my expectations. UBCO US was wonderful to work with. The sales folks are kind, considerate, and responsive. I was amazed when the bike was delivered. UBCO packaging is like nothing I’ve seen before. Every aspect of the product, marketing, shipping, packaging, and customer service are exceptional. The cycle is a tank but nimble and light. Thank you UBCO for a few more adventures.”
