“Very Rude unprofessional staff. Crooks and dishonest Insurance company never take risk by takung a Policy with these crooks...pure racists not sure why are they operating in a morden society like UK.”

“Very Poor Customer Service including initial sales call. Made an exception with the sales call assuming it was an individual having a bad day. However subsequent verbal correspondence with after sales team was a similar experience. Rude, insulting and just generally unwilling to help. I paid a significant amount to cancel after 14 day period but was a price worth paying to avoid having deal with them in the unfortunate event of having to make a claim. I paid to leave, that's how bad they were. Would strongly advise to avoid.”

“Absolute waste of time. Quoted a price online & when I went to buy it said you must phone them. Dodgy! After the worst customer service you can Imagine, waited 25 hours & still never came back to I got an email stating the price was DOUBLE what they had quoted. I waisted over a day with what can only be described as a disreputable company. If you have a claim with this shower good luck to you.”

“Initially I had jusT taken out a policy on a car but have just purchased another car Called U Drive they found me a new price as the value of this car was slightly higher I dealt with a lady name Kylie very friendly and helpful she had l time to listen and call me back to sort my policy out Excellent once again Mr R.Spencer”
