“First of all t&c's are exactly that so having an unwanted payment after cancellation is what it is, not brilliant but to be expected. Away from that the lady on the phone (unfortunately didn't catch her name) was one of the nicest people I've been on the phone to and went above and beyond to make everything the least stressful, sorted all out with a very reasonable resolution! Anyone who is in the same position just ring up because the solutions are reasonable and very accommodating and the position you will be in if you don't will be alot worse! Hopefully you'll get her because she was great!”
