“The hold renewal process was very simple. The questions that was asked by the agent were simple straight forward and east to understand. When our conversation was cut off by me having a bad signal. He immedately called right back. I would advise anyone to use udrive cover as I will continue to use their service for all my renewals”

“GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE After applying online over the weekend, I received a call on Monday morning from Assad confirming my details, checking that they were correct, and explaining to me all the details that I needed to know. They said they would check and get back to me. Asaad then called me in the afternoon, confirming my details all over again, speaking politely, and explaining to me in detail my insurance policies. Asaad took his time to explain to me in detail and give me some other best options about my insurance to add on if I wanted to,which he explained to me in detail also.I am happy with the insurance company and the level of customer service provided.”

“Today I have spoken to Madison in regards of moving over my insurance on new car, Have to say she handled the update in best way possible and proffesionaly. I was not left on hold for hours and she spoke clear and loud as a day. Call only took about 10 min max and I was left highly satisfied with the service I have received today. Thank you very much Madison”
