“Cannot speak too highly of the service provided. Change of vehicle notified and full documentation relating to the new vehicle was received within 2 hours. We were impressed at inception of the policy at the detailed enquiries made to substantiate all answers provided at proposal stage. Quite unique in the industry and ensures that any incorrect information is dealt with at source and not left until a claim arises.”

“I was very pleased today the way I was answered when I was about to cancel my previous insurance since I sold my Vaxhaull astra. The person was so polite and really listened to me and eventually I was 100% that I will still come back to U drive.”

“I called in and spoke to Allie regarding my policy being cancelled, she gave me an extension so I can pay on my pay day and my policy doesn’t get cancelled, she was really polite and helpful and the whole process was so simple! Excellent customer service provided”
