“I was very pleased today the way I was answered when I was about to cancel my previous insurance since I sold my Vaxhaull astra. The person was so polite and really listened to me and eventually I was 100% that I will still come back to U drive.”

“I called in and spoke to Allie regarding my policy being cancelled, she gave me an extension so I can pay on my pay day and my policy doesn’t get cancelled, she was really polite and helpful and the whole process was so simple! Excellent customer service provided”

“Phoning an insurance company can feel quite daunting to me as I have only been driving a couple of years. When I phoned today Luke, my advisor immediately put my at ease. He was both professional and friendly, a hard combination to get right I often think. I was extremely happy with the result and my experience with Luke broke down any barriers I had about phoning in the future. Many thanks Luke.”

“Today I spoke with Anna. I must say she made my day. I was so impressed with her service and understanding of my situation that I told her if she had been in front of me I would have hugged her. “I was shocked when I heard of charges as per policy..But Anna, my God, she helped me the way, I can’t forget.. I would definitely rate her services with 5 stars..
