“Placed order with UK Bathroom as they promised next day delivery. Product did not arrive and no communication. On chasing them several days later they didn't have the product in stock and had not even ordered it. Finally received product nine days after order placed. Very poor.”

I am very sorry that this item did not get to you in the agreed time. This particular item is usually sent to you direct from the manufacturer and they have a guaranteed stock level, as such we had advertised a next day delivery on the product. However due to an issue at the manufacturers they were not able to post the item and as such sent us the item on our next stock order instead causing the delay. I can only apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused and I will be making contact with them to try and ensure this can't happen again.

“We ordered our replacement Lakes quadrant shower from Mark. Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process of ordering was quick and hassle free. The shower cubicle arrived exactly as described and on time. Very please with the whole experience. I would highly recommend using UK Bathroom Store.”

“U K Bathroom Store has a fairly rigid returns policy. If you exceed the time limit, even if the goods have remained unopened, they will not accept them back. So you need to watch out on that one. I ordered a toilet, which arrived in 3 boxes, one for the toilet bowl, one for the cistern and one for the toilet seat. They were on a pallet and Palletforce would only deliver to my front door. So I had to releases the boxes and carry them in to my house with no help from the driver. Even B & Q’s delivery agents bring the stuff in. The goods were of excellent quality.”

“I ordered a bathroom, cabinet and was contacted to say it was arriving on Monday. It didn’t arrive, I rang and was told it would be here Wednesday. It arrived today. Sadly on the discription it states that it has an integral shaver point, but it doesn’t. Now waiting for it to be collected. What a waste of time and effort.”
