“Appalling - ordered a garden arch which arrived incomplete. despite leaving phone messages and emails chasing it still no response, now asked for a refund still no response.”
“I ordered several garden supports and they arrived promptly. However, one of the items was incorrect (similar but smaller and cheaper item) and I have failed to receive any response from this company. I have emailed, left voicemail and even texted the number they suggest but all to no avail. I could understand if they’re having problems and have said so but just need a response.
This is making me extremely stressed. I am shielding, live alone and have no one to help.
Sadly I cannot recommend this company. I’ve had to do a lot of online ordering over the last couple of months and this is the only time that I’ve been treated so badly. Beware.
Shame as the products are good and would get a much higher rating if they just responded by any means.”

“The delivery of ordered item delivered very quickly. However it was the wrong item, a cheaper alternative. When I ring there is no response, no response to email either. I must have left at least five messages but nothing. Very disappointed with their dreadful customer service. I would never recommend them”

Emailed them and received a reply stating they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. Had to email again to say I didn't want the one they sent me but the one I had ordered. The one they sent was cheaper than what I had ordered. They emailed me a return sticker. The item was returned but I'm still waiting my refund. Wouldn't use again”
“I ordered 2 metal leaf design lawn border edgings, I didn’t receive any idea of when to expect delivery, it was just luck that I happened to be in when they came. The sizes ordered as stated by yourself were 80cm high and 60cm wide, when delivered the size was 60cm high and 50cm wide, very disappointing, and just to put a tin hat on it the packaging was appalling, my three year old grandson could have made a better job of it. You need to provide better training for your workforce, as clearly they are incapable of reading a tape measure, and unable to provide basic packaging tasks, I won’t be recommending your company or using you again!”

If you dont have the items in stock then say they are out of stock on your website dont take peoples money and then think its okay keep them waiting weeks on end with no communication!”
