“This has been my first purchase of heat logs and I researched extensively before buying. Overall, the prices were very competitive and details of what you were getting easy to understand. Sometimes companies fail to fully explain what is on offer.
From the point of ordering online the service was first class. Notably Becky, who kept me fully informed both by phone and e mail on the progress of the order. The logs arrived on time, well packed in easy to store boxes and I am extremely pleased with the whole buying process. “Ordered Heat Logs after buying some similar logs from Aldi. I think these logs are much better than Aldi's. They burn hotter and longer and with very little smoke. The delivery was hassle free and the driver used his electric trolley to put the pallet in my garage.”

“From ordering to delivery 1st. class .The logs are great, we burn ours with stove doors open normally with one at a time and in between a few nuggets of smokeless solid fuel , the room 25 x15ft. is really cosy and often leave doors open to allow heat to reach other areas, one log burns a good hour we will be ordering again thank you.”
“The heat logs burn well and give of a lot of heat so appear to offer value for money. The only down side was the pallet being delivered 2 days early, not a huge issue but we had requested delivery on a Friday as I was due to be at home, they arrived on the Wednesday which meant my wife had to move the whole lot by herself. What's the point of offering a delivery choice if it isn't adhered to”
“Very good. Delivery is pretty prompt. The logs are very good. Important that they are kept dry and away from damp while being stored - so leaky sheds are not good.
Just follow the burning instructions and they are toasty! Generally very little ash is left so grate cleaning is only necessary (for us) every few days or couple of weeks.

“The web site was easy to use and the telephone support was friendly and efficient. Delivery was as promised.
I have been burning 'eco' logs of various kinds for several years now and would rate your heatlogs as good as any and better than most that I have tried. Once burning you can shut off the fire draught and they burn for a long time.
Obviously packing the cartons in pairs keeps the cost down but makes them quite a heavy lift when handling the delivery.”
“Just had a new fireplace instead of a gas fire
looked round for suitable product to burn
Did not want ordinary wood or a coal product
spitting would ruin our carpet.
We tried three types of compressed log
Now these are our temperatures we recorded during recent cold snap
Outside -4c, in our hallway 16c, in our lounge with fire lit 27c !!
And all we use is four UKHEATLOGS for an evenings warmth.
Our gas bill has halved.
