Despite repeated e-mails to sales/info and customer services I am unable to get any reply to my requests for a replacement, or refund. My advice is to avoid these people. I wish I had looked at other reviews on their website before ordering.

DISGRACEFUL, DISHONEST, DECEITFUL AND OUTRIGHT LIARS - POSTING NON- EXISTING ROYAL MAIL TRACKING NUMBERS. TAKING YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDING ITEMS. UNCONTACTABLE

I would avoid this company I ordered a Samsung s21 ultra case and charger even paid a delivery fee which is all good and well if the items get delivered to you...its been few weeks now and even though I understand things can take a while they do not reply to emails and whatever tracking number they give you just seems to be a made up number ...dont order from this company

Very poor in every way. Poor service Poor communication Just terrible. Took my money and haven't heard back from them. Do not use if possible.

By far the worst service from a company I have ever experienced. My mum purchased a charger plug and cable for a Samsung S20 for around £15 plus the delivery charge which was an Xmas present for myself On arrival the charger didn't work and therefore I emailed the company to resolve the issue to which they advised for me to return the item so that it can be 'tested. I used their free postage label that was emailed across to me and posted it about a 1 month ago. Royal mail have confirmed that the item hasn't gone anywhere and advised me to make contact with UK mobile store who can claim the costs through them. I provided the company with the tracking number as they stated that they would sort it with royal mail. Since then my emails have been ignored. I have been waiting 2 months now recieve my money back for an item that doesn't work and isn't worth too much. Avoid this company at all costs, if you have an issue with a purchased item they will not do anything about it.

ordered a Samsung phone charger. Paid for next day delivery and after many emails received the charger more than a week late. No offer of recompense.

A back street room as office and supplier with no supplies. Didn't want to refund money till they received lost parcel back until threatened with contacting bank and fraud squad. Avoid at all cost, not an UK seller.

This is a untrustworthy company and no one should deal with them. I ordered a Samsung charger it never arrived and I cancelled the order and ask for my money back. Till now all my email's has not been replied and have not got my back. So don't buy anything on this website at all.

I recently purchased A new battery For my Samsung Galaxy S5 It worked fine for a week . Up it then Began to lose charge more quickly everyday i have to charge it at least twice a day I contacted the company But had no response. I am not impressed

Cracked charger. Asked for replacement and I would send back cracked on once received but they wouldn't do this. Even though I explain I wouldn't be able to charge my phone if I did this so would be a massive inconvenience seen as everyone uses there phones daily and it could take at least a week in current situations to send back broken and receive new one. Guessing they don't trust me to send back even though it would be free for me to do so. Also sent pics to show damaged one to prove it was. It was well packed so guessing no produce checks before sending. So no I would not recommend and won't use again. Also will advise anyone that ask me to not use guessing that's all you can do when a company can't help customers out but they all the same nowadays no care just as money grabbers. So no thanks from me.

Charging leads purchased got very hot and smoking. After numerous emails they eventually said to return and will refund. They have advised that they will not pay return postage. Items returned no refund received. Very poor service.
