“I appreciate it was Christmas and there is a pandemic but no warnings on the website of disruption. Order placed on Sunday 20th Dec for next day before 1pm Mon-Fri at a cost of £9.99. Order not despatched until Tues 22nd with tracking stopped before Christmas at 16.52 Wed 23rd. Order finally delivered 15.53 Tues 29th or rather it was left at the garage door out of sight from the house (that was Hermes not you). You broke your "contract" with me - late despatch, delivery took 8 days instead of less than 1 day and no refund of delivery charge.”

“Product descriptions is very misleading. Bought Samsung s8 battery, has to be new and official Samsung product. Battery supplied in loose bag with unknown previous history, not holding charge. Refund and replacing policy is not easy, especially for batteries, avoid!!! Not trustworthy seller”

“Purchased a Samsung wireless phone charger. After ordering discovered that it had a non. Uk plug. Unable to phone them to cancel order as they do not provide a phone number. Cancelled immediately by email. However they still sent the item. They did apologise by email and provided prepaid return label. Having returned item and obtained proof of posting they refuse to refund me. Do not order from this firm as I have lost £52.39 by them.”
