“Terrible customer service. I emailed asking for help and the advisor was not interested in helping me at all. Also took 3 days to get back to me. I wanted a refund and due to being in lockdown without a laptop I cannot print the return label so I am stuck with two chargers that are accessible to my phone”

“Very, very poor. A replacement part for my Samsung Galaxy S5 was ordered, paid for but never arrived. A promise was made to send another part and this never arrived. I still await the return of my money.”

“I was very disappointed with the service I received the wrong charger one was sent ok i can accept mistake's can be made but the arrogance of the Emails that i received beggars belief and he was very unhelpful and rude appalling service and did UK Mobile store reputation no good i will not order from them again.”

“I paid extra for a 1 to 3 days delivery. The product arrived after 8 (or maybe 9, I'm not sure) days. I emailed them and asked for a postage charge refund ... I didnt get it and am stillwaiting Not good and I wouldnt recommend. No doubt they will blame the virus ... not my problem I paid for a service and didnt get it. D Murray”

“Bought some advertised as genuine Samsung akg earphones and when they turned up they were quite clearly not. Nothing like the original ones i got with the phone, no original box, and extremely poor sound quality will never be using the store again fact would advise the same.”

“Awful, quoted an amount then significantly reduced that on receipt of the phone stating it was damaged - which it was not. Then said they would charge £5 for it to be returned. Go somewhere else”

“Very bad. I bought a charger and the cable stopped working after one single use. When I mentioned this to mobile store, they asked me to return it for replacement. The post fees are same as brand new cable!!”
