“Lol. Review. Seriously 15 days later I'm still waiting. You'll have to do better than forward a non-existent post office tracking number. 10 out of 10 to Visa & their Chargeback facility. They'll refund me.”

“I brought a phone charger claimed to be and 'official's genuine Samsung charger, but turned out to be a fake and stopper working within a few days,I spoke to customer who were less than helpful. I'd recommend spending your money else where on a charger that will last more than 4 days.”

“Ordered mobile phone charger and paid for Royal Mail 1st Class mail (delivery 1-3 working days). Charger however was delivered by Hermes ten days later!”

“Not recommended. I bought new mobile phone battery. They send me made in China battery. And its not better than old one. Looks like used before. Not new. Also I pay more for one day delivery. But it's comes one week later. Highly not recommended!!!”

“I have been waiting for a refund for weeks now and recently even stop getting replies too. Very disappointed! Literally done what was asked from me, refused the package in order to get a refund and nothing happened! No answers, not a clear explanation, no care no concern! Regards Kori”

“SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! They take your money and do not send your product. There is no contact number on the website and they never respond to emails. They are utter thieves and false traders. They have another site with the same fake "physical" address. I have reported them to Trading Standards and I hope they will be closed down soon. They may have taken my money but they will be going to prison for their fraud.”

“I did not receive my product or a refund. Was told by your staff to refuse the mail which I did. You replied back that you hadn't recieved it back. It then should of been reported as lost to royal mail but it hasn't. Really not happy with the customer service and will be postiing the same on trustpilot later this week.”

“Bought a charger cable, worked for 2 days then stopped working. It charges then stops charging as if there is a loose connection. Not worth ot at all”
