My order wasn't delivered and my emails letting them know have had no response at all

My experience was terrible. It took ages for the items to arrive. I sent an email but no response and I contacted via(contact us) form to no avail. It was only after I involved PayPal that you respobded on your own time. No greeting or apology in response. I wanted to exchange an item but could not take another risk with you. It should be 0 STAR. I will NEVER shop with you.

I ordered "new" battery for Samsung S5 mini. They sold me an old, empty battery, which I had to charge every 5 hours!!! I ended up buying a brand new phone from Argos! Don't buy anything from this website! Fraudsters.

Appalling Company. Sent the wrong Samsung charger, then took over a week to respond with returns address and postage label. At the Post Office, I discovered the label was not upgradable to be tracked, so could only get proof of postage and of course they then never received the item back and PayPal won't do anything either without a tracking number, so they are no good either to protect you from this company. Best advice is pay a little extra from another company, any other company.

I paid for next day delivery and I got the item 3 days later no refund or reply to my email stating that I would like a refund for my postage as it wasn’t next day delivery wouldn’t be using this company again

Paod for next day delivery didnt receive until 3 days later. I emailed to express concern and was completely ignored. Terrible service wont use this site again

Fake charger sold as genuine. I believed it was so I took it into Samsung in the metrocenter who confirmed it was a fake. They pointed out that not only was the cable rigid and not as loose and flexible as their product and the second main indicator being the printed information on the bottom of the plug. The QR code is so badly printed it doesn't work and the print quality is definitely not Samsung standards.

Recieved item but one side of earphone was faulty ..it would cost more to post it back than what I payed for it! So I threw it in the bin! Very dissatisfied!

I never received my item. I paid for Amazon prime next day delivery. After 2 days I emailed you 3 times and no reply. After a week still nothing so had to report to PayPal. Then I received a refund from you. Terrible customer servive

Very bad service they gave me charger which has big crack on it. And its dangerous as well.i sent email to them and after a week got reply that they are sorry and if i send the charger back they will replace it which will take further week. Tbh have no time for this just bought new one from the shop. They are not original chargers dnt waste time and money buying from them.

I bought a "genuine Nokia battery" from this supplier. The battery was evidently not new, but an old one repackaged 2 years ago. It showed 2 bars (out of 5) charge, so I put it on to charge, whereupon it died completely. I emailed the supplier twice about this but received no response, nor was I able to phone them. I've been taken for a ride, and trust you will see this warning.
