Ordered two items and only was was supplied without any delivery note. Still trying to get the money back but looks useless. Do not use this vendor!

Astonishingly bad service. I'm not sure how Trading Standards haven't cottoned on to these fraudsters nor Amazon for offering a Next Day Amazon Prime delivery service (that they in reality don't do). Purchased an item, paid extra for said Next Day Delivery. Provided with a made up tracking number. Item never sent and so never received. No response to e-mail contact. Ended up obtaining a refund from my card provider. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I received a faulty charger. It's wasn't working and I sent email for exchange but no reply. It was just a waste of my money.

Very limited store display..no stock..had to order..indifferent untrained no experience young staff..worst retail experience in a very long time..will never shop at Salisbury Vodafone again.

The battery I purchased caused my phone to overheat and shutdown. After being instructed to return the battery (at my own expense) for a refund I have not received the refund or any further communication.

Item was never received. Customer service is via email only and after several attempts to contact I still have not received any reply leaving me helpless to find a resolution.

They sent me the wrong charger and when ive emailed them 4 times over the course of 3 weeks and haven't heard anything back. There is a return policy that means i can only ask for a refund within a certain time period ,but all they have to do is ignore my emails till the time period is over and then i wont get my money back. Its a scam,please do not buy from here !!!!

Ordered two cables from this company but saw after it was the wrong shipping address I told them the day after I ordered it but heard nothing a few days after I contacted them and they asked me for my order number which I supplied but then they sent an email asking what they could do for me and I explained what had happened and I heard absolutely nothing from them since

Very poor service, unable to make contact with anyone! Paid for next day delivery but recieved item 5 days later, 3 weeks on still no response on refund for paying extra for next day delivery. Do not buy from this company!!

After sales non existent. They apparently sent the item by Royal Mail tracked but I have not received it. The company isn't interested in helping to resolve the issue. Their attitude appears to be 'it was sent, Royal Mail says it was delivered so, tough, it's your problem not ours'. I don't recommend them and will not be using these again.

This company is shocking. Ordered a Tab 3 battery back in July. It arrived damaged. Sent it back at my expense via the post office tracked. Six weeks later and numerous unanswered Emails I am still waiting. Don't waste your time ordering from them.

sent the wrong item and even after i sent what they asked for I still haven't received the correct item or a refund. item sent was also a lower quality than the 'same as original' promised
