“Avoid, avoid avoid.... Ordered a USB-C to SD Card Reader on 19th August! It is now the 3rd September and no sign of the order. I have emailed with the response from Ali at Customer Service, “Sorry you did not receive your order yet.” Further communication asking for a refund or a resend of item has resulted in a Nil response. I have raised a dispute with Paypal that will be resolved in the course of time.... I wish I’d read the TrustPilot reviews before dealing with this company”

“not a genuine item and was not a fast charger as stated on website. Still waiting for refund posted item back to them label they provided was not accepted at the post office. Still awaiting a refund. PLEASE AVOID!!”

“The product arrived a day outside estimated period. When I put it in the phone for charging it showed 50% charge. Indicating previous use. In use it doesn't last very long. UNHAPPY.”

“Awful. Poor. Terrible. This company has no customer service. I only recieved one of my items. No number to call. Just an email. That does or doesnt recieve your email. I'm pretty sure the person replying is an auto bot. I've been waiting 3 weeks to hear word about my other purchase. Scam alert! Dont buy from this store unless you want to be ripped off.”

“Rubbish cheap products. Advertise the wrong product to fit phones Can't speak to anyone I returned my item but NOT had a refund although I have sent the product back & emailed them several times I would NOT recommend them to anyone Steer well clear of this company Just a bunch of COWBOYS I gave them 1 star because no option to score zero or a minus”

“REPORTING THIS SCAMMER TO TRADING STANDARDS AND ALSO GETTING PAYPAL INVOLVED !!! RETURNED SNIDE PRODUCT AND STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND - HE KEEPS SAYING THEY'LL CHECK THEIR WAREHOUSE. QUITE OBVIOUSLY A ONE MAN BAND. AVOID UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY.”

“Do not buy from this company I ask for a battery that never arrived waited 14 days sent email and refused to send replacement so I had to claim money back from my bank as they refused refund and replacement Beware.”

“Ordered items, got lost in post apparently! Contacted UK Mobile Store, they said they would replace the missing items. They failed to respond items. If you are not going to do what you say, don't say it in the first place. Very disappointed”

“Terrible service and customer service. Sent completely the wrong cable, then made every effort to make the return or exchange as difficult as possible. This company has no idea what customer service is, nor do they posses any Cs manners or etiquette... Worst experience ever!!”

“Ali, at their Customer Support is in need of some, Attitude Training, 3☆ loss. The actual price & quality of the cover was unbeatable, the logistics could of also been better. Lots of different postage options, I paid extra to receive on a weekend but it came late Monday? 1☆ loss.”
