“Advertised that usb cable was suitable for Samsung s5. It was not. Has the chunky end to the cable. So that's 3.99 down the drain. Not worth trying to send back. Disappointing.”

“Avoid at all costs. Do not use this company. 4-5 weeks and still no working battery. they start off answering queries then disappear. took 3 weeks to send ist battery - had to remind them to send it. when it came it was useless. sent back a week ago - no email confirmation, no replacement.”

“Order clear black samsung a5 2017 case. Never came keep e mailing for refund back but had to do all the work. Ordered before was fine. But last order was a nightmare. Put me off ordering again.”

“I ordered a replacement Samsung tablet battery on the 22/6/2020 and to date 15/7/2020 I have received neither a new battery or a refund despite numerous emails and contact on their own contact us page. No phone number to contact so where do you go from there? Basically took my money under false pretences.. Disgusted to say the least.”

“Disgraceful company read reviews before ordering from this company in these tough times most people put trust in online shopping like I did only to not receive item and no refund or replacement offered i am now £35.00 out of pocket and these scammers continue to trade and profit from being dishonest its a kick in the teeth to all the honest businesses out there who strive to deliver on service and customer satisfaction thank you for nothing uk mobile store I hope you buy something nice for yourself with the free money I and others have sent you”

“I bought a battery replacement for my LG G4. Since the beginning, the battery has been working as an old Battery. I installed then AccuBattery, an application that measures the health of the battery, and I could verify that the residual capacity of the battery is 2000mAh from the design capacity of 3000mAh. I try to get in touch with UK-Mobile store but I haven't been able to have any assistance. I will never buy anything again from this store”
