“Did not resolve my issue, as a customer you did not help when your genuine Huawei earphones did not work in my p30 pro or p smart or p20 pro. Hossible responses from your customer care. Never again.”

“I ordered a USB cable which uk mobile insisted it had been delivered which it had not. I have no proof that it wasn't delivered so it was my word against theirs. Will be sticking to Amazon in future.”

“The samsung battery is not genuine you can see on the back it has ridges where it looks like it's been renewed hence why I have had to now buy a genuine one with no flaws and actually works and doesn't drain”

“.Disreputable company, the company director is Safa Noman. Sent faulty battery, no paperwork. Returned battery by Royal Mail with proof of posting. They said they did not receive it. They refuse to refund or replace faulty goods. This dishonest practice has happened to many of their customers. Avoid this company.”

“The wrong item was sent. I returned it using their return label. Told they haven’t received it so no refund. If the correct item had been sent I. The first place this wouldn’t have happened and I wouldn’t be out of pocket!”

“Absolutely avoid this website, they are selling phone cables as official when they are 100% not official. I purchased 2 Sony cables they had Sony written on the cables but didn't have the R as well so they are not official. I have had them a week and one has completely snapped on the end half the metal stayed in the plug. I thought when I got them they weren't quite right as they were slightly loose in my phone. I have raised a dispute with my bank as they are scammers. Please see the images of my cable.”

“I placed an order for two items, only one arrived. That obviously doesn't require a poor review as mistakes happen and I just contacted them so it could be resolved. Two weeks a couple of emails later I finally get a reply that simply said sorry the item was missing. No other details. I chased again and received a rude email back so I simply requested a refund. I am still waiting a response so I have now had to contact PayPal. I would not touch this company again with a barge pole”

“If I could give less than 1 star I would. They don’t send products when they say they will, they give tracking information that gives no information as there is nothing to track due to them not sending item. Customer care is disgusting and the only way to get what I ordered was to put in a claim via PayPal!! I will never use this company ever again! Shocking company!!”
