Paid for next day delivery item arrived 2days late contacted customer service for refund on my delivery charge emails ignored wouldn’t shop here again or recommend to anyone

Do not purchase from this company. I bought a charger for Samsung A6 and when redivide didn’t even fit the phone! Messaged the seller over 20 times via amazon pay and email without any response on how to return item for refund. When I finally got a response, it was a one liner what phone do you have no sorry no nothing. Charger was £10 and not worth my time to argue and send back for a £10 but do not give this company your money.

I purchased a Samsung charging cable on Friday morning, paid for guaranteed Saturday delivery. I needed it Saturday as daughter was going away Sunday and her cable broke. It didn't even get taken to the Post Office until the Monday received it on the Tuesday. They don't reply to emails. Never got a refund of the extra postage I paid. Not a happy customer 🙁

I paid for next day delivery which did not happen. Since then this company have continually ignored my emails which must be about 5 by now. Other than one reply to say sorry will speak to my manager. Basically they’re not interested in customer care only customer’s money.

Liam who I spoke to lied to me, I said I wanted to check with my friend if she had the same phone to see if she found it to use. He said he would phone me the next day to see if I was happy enough with the phone, never phoned the phone came in the post. Tried to phone back numerous times to say I wasn't happy, couldn't get through. Got a phone I don't want, so still using old one. Will never use this company again. Cheeky got even asked me if I'd give him 5* feed back, he got 1* shame nothing lower!

Its been over 2 weeks and i still haven't recieved my item! It has taken about 5 days for Mobile Store to reply to my emails. Very poor service

Ordered phone battery on Wednesday for same day dispatch / next day delivery and their tracker system does not even recognize their own numbers. Stayed home two days and finally received a flat battery. No email response, no inquiry form response back from my emails, no phone number to call. Make up your own mind but i suggest you shop elsewhere. The merchant metrics look strange, live chat! what live chat! you cannot communicate with this company.

After not receiving my items I paid for x 2 fast charger with cables £11.79 fully paid for, my emails are now being ignored 1 month later when asking for a refund. DONT SHOP HERE..

Absolutely appalling. The charger they sent started burning as soon as i plugged it in, it blew itself out of the wall and shut down my whole electricity supply. In the end i had to get an emergency electrician out to reconnect my supply. I emailed the company and all they said was send it back and they would refund me for the item. 2 weeks later and nothing has been refunded. This cost me almost £100 with the electrical repair work and I dont even have a workibg charger. AVOID this company, faulty goods and terrible customer service

Website stated if I ordered before 2pm I would get next day delivery (Provided by Amazon Prime), I ordered at 1220pm and expected it to arrive the very next day after paying £3.99 for next day delivery. It didn't arrive the next day. I emailed them asking for a refund of £3.99 as they did not deliver when promised & the email was ignored. I emailed them again the day after it was delivered, once again the email was ignored. You will not find a contact number for this company at all. So I contacted Paypal (who I used to pay them) and filed a dispute for £3.99. 4 days later I get an email from Paypal saying the seller (UK Mobile Store) has offered a full refund if I send the items back. Why would spend more money sending the items back, when I don't want a full refund, I just want the £3.99 returned that I paid for for next day delivery, when they failed to deliver. I am now out of pocket. I did however manage to get a contact number for them from Paypal 0208 203 3234. I called it, got an Asian woman who said I had the wrong number, and when I said I was from Paypal, she said he's not here. I asked where he was and she said he doesnt live here and hung up. ***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY IGNORE EMAILS, DO NOT DELIVER NEXT DAY AS PROMISED AND NOT WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. SHOP ELSEWHERE, YOU’LL THANK ME FOR IT***

Item has still not been delivered for an order placed on the 14 July which was suppose to have been received within 3-5 working days. No goods and I have been chasing for a response since the 14 July 2020. Would never use them again. Below questions totally irrelevant - Very frustrating.
