“I ordered a car phone holder which took 2 weeks to come.. after constant emailing I was told it was shipped which it was not.. they said they would send it again.. dont think it was sent in the first place.. very poor customer service..”

“Purchased an item and paid an extra premium for a next day service. The item arrived 3 days later which was too late as it was a birthday gift for someone. So when the delivery did arrive I rejected the item to be sent back for my refund. This is what I was told to do by UK mobile 13 days later still no refund. Bad communication here. Email you at midnight time not ideal if you work 9-5.”

“Stay clear!!! Sent me a product that was supposed to be compatible with a samsung A7 2017. But was clearly for a 2019 onward model. I have emailed countless times to return or exchange my item, NO RESPONSE! They're happy to take your money but after that, you're on your own.”

“Initial service was fine. Orded 2 charger cables and received them without a glitch, but when they were the wrong ones I contacted them to return the items and that's when it went from good to very bad! Communication was very hit and miss and UK Mobile kept asking for the same information trying to stall things. Still no refund and very poor after care. WARNING, WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.”

“My item supplied was useless. Because they were so slow in responding, weeks, I had lost or misplaced the item. As you've guessed, they cannot proceed without a returning the item. My advice "Stay Clear"!”
