Did what they said they would do. All very efficient and the product in question was diagnosed and repaired in a time that was expected and acceptable. The process was well executed and I am very content to have my product working again. I would recommend them.

Brilliant service called into Telford office met by very knowledgeable gentleman I had a small PCB board he looked and ok we can sort that and they did kept me fully informed I paid and part returned next day very good price Thanks 😊👍

They repaired a Meridian system remote for me which knowone else could. They made it very easy to post with no cost and delivered promptly.I would highly recommend them.

It was all good! My Denon tuner/amp suddenly died and I felt that the services on a local radio/TV shop would be inadequate.. The experience of using your good selves begam eith sending it by courier service and the communications between un during the repair process were good. The unit came beck in excellent condition - principally because it was working again but the preventative maintenance you performed would mean a trouble-free life for me and the Denon!

Everything was accurate - delivery, assistance by phone, regular mails to inform us about next steps process… The repair has been done in a fourtnight. The team offered an estimate price and waited for us to confirm our final decision. Thank you so much, Electronic partners! PS! The CD player has arrived with three months warranty!

Although they couldn't repair my Daisy player due parts being unavailable, they were very informative. The only charge was for return it to me at my discretion. Would use them again if needed.

Fixed my record player amp and cd player it's a old seperates system from the 90s now it's good for another 30 years will use them again

If I had kids, they would just about mean the same to me as my beloved headphones. I thought that when the input jack broke, my production work was over. I use these headphones day in, day out, and they are pivotal to my work. Thankfully, Electronic Parteners came to the rescue. Very professional, precise and helpful. Hugely grateful.

After searching for help with my watch ( the back cover seemed to loosen after 2yrs) Electronic Partners came to the rescue and tested the watch and fixed the cover so I could charge it properly. So good now I can only praise them for their help, it was much appreciated and I want to thank them. Really professional.
