“The boys love them but the only issue we have had is that the bristles begin to come out of the heads very quickly if you have a child who is prone to do a bit of chewing! He’s only had it under a week and have already had to replace the head and he had a mouthful of bristles one night. Have never had this issue with previous toothbrushes even though he has tended to chew them at times while brushing”

I have been using water flossers for 10yrs, and have been through several, and tried all brands. This is the best!
Pressure, workability, design…….. excellent.
The pro toothbrush is also amazing. It is simple to use and my teeth really feel dentist clean! Again design is impressive, looks good feels good and performance excellent.

“Very good prompt service, reasonably priced. Disappointed that I couldn’t get the pink replacement brushes for my toothbrush and had to settle for white. This was surprising as I’ve only had my toothbrush for 18 months so would not expect spares for this colour to have been discontinued.”

“The water flosser does a good job, however there are two design elements that I don't like. The water container does not easily screw onto the head, you have to move it around a lot until the threads engage. It is also very easy to inadvertently touch one of the buttons during use, either switching it off, or changing the setting. Overall, it performs the job very well, but is cumbersome in its handling.”

“So pleased with this toothbrush. Easy to use, offers four settings and is sustainably produced. Love the red light warning when I’m pressing too hard. The price, the design, the quality of the toothbrush and heads and the price makes this one of the best purchases I’ve made this year. I actually love brushing my teeth with it. I sneak a couple of extra teeth brushing sessions into my day. It’s good to treat yourself isn’t it?”

“These tips are for the older model. You can’t buy a set of 3 standard tips for the new model but rather have to buy a mixture of different tips. Calling them “classic” was not obvious enough that they did not fit the newer model. Similar reviews have been left 6 months ago and spotlight have not addressed the issue despite a reply saying that the feedback would be taken into account.”

“Hi. I was very impressed with your marketing material, the reviews, your website and the fact that you deliver to Switzerland! All of this gets a 5 out of 5. What i am less than impressed with is the lack of information coming through in terms of tracking of the delivery. I have heard nothing since April 9th when I received an order confirmation and tracking number and a message that the item had left "An Post mail centre". There is clearly a problem with a lack of timely inforrmation. I have brought this to the attention of your Customer Service who are currenty looking into it but this aspect of the service currently only gets 1 out of 5.”

“I first heard about Spotlight Oral Care from a review in a newspaper. I was impressed and decided to get a toothbrush. I love it. My teeth feel as clean as when I have been to the Hygenist. I told all my direct family and they now have the toothbrush too. I have now got the whitening strips. I have only used for three days at the moment. I can see the difference already!! Well pleased”
