“Bought the kids monster toothbrush and toothpaste in bubblegum for my 3 year old Grandson and they have been very successful in encouraging him to brush his teeth. Very pleased with these products and will order again.”

“Didn’t realise new toothbrush was USB charger. Does not really suit my lifestyle & lead is very short. Brush heads have no compartment holder as previous purchases or as pictured in booklet”

“I ordered heads for my husbands toothbrush and did not realize there was a difference in the heads between the Pro and Spotlight. The heads did not fit and I was really annoyed. However, Nicola helped me to resolve the problem and she had amazing patience. I now know I will be able to get replacement heads in Boots Pharmacy in Bandon as they are expensive without having to pay postage.”

“I love my spotlight oral care toothbrush but the only thing I would change is if the pause between each quadrant of the mouth was a bit longer. So it allows me to move to the next quadrant smoothly without spraying toothpaste everywhere 😅😅”

“Product is far too expensive - both initial purchase and replacement heads. Cleans OK but no better than a brush at half the price. In addition, the base unit I have has no identifying marks so it was hard to know which replacements I needed. Spend £20 on the wrong ones.”

“Really pleased with the toothbrush. I've been using Phillips Sonicare brushes since about 2005 but this Spotlight toothbrush feels like an upgrade. Lighter in the hand, a gentler feel and a cleaner sensation overall. It will be interesting to see if it lasts longer than the 2-3 years that was my average with the Phillips units.”

“Best light device for teeth and gums love the red light as well as the blue I already purchased a kit from Qvc but I bought another one from you as I like to use it most days and wanted another one if my first one needs charged I also buy the spotlight toothpaste from boots and would like to know if you could make a whitening pen without hydrogen peroxide as I’ve also tried whitening kits from other brands that don’t contain hydrogen peroxide but I have to admit that the actual device is the best I’ve used yet”

“I just recently purchased 3 new brush heads. I was disappointed to see that the heads arrived loose in a plastic bag and not the container I received them in previously. For the cost I would expect more attention to detail!”

“My implants have a problem area which becomes infected if I don't keep it scrupulously clean....their water pik does the job better than any other brand I have tried plus their whitening products have kept all my teeth sparkling. I am very happy!”

“So far so good. Finding it very tickly! Not sure how well it is cleaning my teeth because the bristles are so soft. I'm not sure if the pressure sensor is working? How can I check? The reason for purchase was over brushing but haven't seen any warning light.”

“I have ordered brush. The tip is in totally different colour than the base. But it cleans teeth well. I have also ordered some spare ends, but they are for another mode of brush base, as it turns out - I was a bit uncareful. It is surprising thouhg that the order would be packed, rather than some question sent from customer care, if I am sure I would like to order the brushes that are not compatible. I have unpacked one of the heads now from the foils, so can I actually return it now? Please let me know on alicjawi90@gmail.com”
