"SCAM.. We purchased a Villeroy & Boch basin. The first arrived smashed to pieces, they sent out another which had a big crack. There was zero packaging in the box. Now they won\u2019t respond to our emails. Our customer has a new born baby and we\u2019ve had to cancel on her twice now. They\u2019ve taken our money and scammed us. Shocking experience.. Steer clear!"

"Ordered not received within promised timescale, after waiting almost 1h on costumer line was told that they run of off stock and would have to wait another 5 weeks! Nobody bother to call us about delay etc. To get money back we have to send an written letter\/email. Very poor service! Not recommended! Would not buy from them against"
