“First time using UK Planet Tools and will definitely use again, spent hours online searching for a second fix nail gun and found them to be one of the cheaper websites. Delivery was fast and I was kept updated with tracking etc throughout.”

“Basically lied to. I ordered a Marita multi tool with a carry case. Well so I thought I got the multi tool in a cardboard box then a massive drill and driver box to go with it. The fact I paid more so that I would have a small box to put the multi tool in.(as shown on the photo) I was disappointed when the box I got was far far to big and didn’t securely hold it. Embarrassing the box still had the driver and drill stickers on it thought I got the wrong order at first. Would not recommend this company”

“Very good ladder! My mates a chippy and noticed, ' where all the slide locks for all the separate rungs?' I thought it was defective but it just turns out there is only one for all! Excellent”

“This review is not for the batteries but for a job site speaker I recently purchased. DMR203. The box was split and battered it actually looked like it had been used. Opening the box the speaker was not packaged looked like it had been used and also had scuffs and scratches on it. Further more no documents with it and no operating instructions. Also does not work using the batteries just 240 lead which also looked used. Rang them twice and raised 2 tickets with no response. Really disappointed and after this experience would not use them again.”
