“Sent the wrong item, even though I called to notify them that the order invoice they sent was wrong. I then called them to let them know I received the wrong item and they said the correct item would be sent out...it never arrived. I have notified PayPal and this has subsequently been escalated. Uk planet tools haven't replied to any of the correspondance from PayPal.”

“This is the first time I have ordered from UK Plant Tools and I am very impressed with the service and the speed of delivery. I am very pleased with the Makita BL4040 battery and charger. I have been using it on my Makita mitre saw. The 40v charger is better than the 18v chargers and comes with an adapter to charge your 18v batteries. Also got a free gift. Excellent would recommend”
