“Very good prices and selection of tools. But if next day delivery is offered it should be stuck to. I had important work that needed doing but as the delivery was a day late so was the job !!!”

I was pleased to find a UK based company that was competitive with Screwfix and Amazon etc. Their customer service was very good and my phoned questions were answered well and reassured me that they were the right choice for me.”

“Ordered a propane gas heater, when it came it was faulty, it did take them a few weeks to solve the problem, but they sent me a new more expensive gas heater that works fine. I'm quite a happy customer, but didn't like the wait to sort it out.”

“Makita items purchased were fine but I would think twice about buying from this company if they continued to use DPD courier service as they won’t leave parcels with neighbour as requested i then had to go to collect myself at a very busy time at work”
