“A quick & easy purchase. Although the parcel was marked ‘Fragile’ by yourselves the package came damaged. Happy the goods were intact.”

“Purchase was very easy and simple. Very prompt delivery which was great. The only thing was when I opened the plastic the box was damaged which always makes me nervous in case the item doesn’t work.”

“works, as described only prob was had to buy a different regulator as the one that, is fitted is for patio gas cylinders not propane, and that is more expensive for some reason”

“I ordered twin Makita 5ah batteries , waited 5 working days for email that they had been posted and I contacted seller but got no reply email. Contacted paypal and I got a refund from seller next day.. It would of been nice if they had contacted me to tell me of any problems.”

“My Tough Master telescopic ladder arrived after two days. It should have been the day after I ordered it, but I appreciate that the “Virus” has changed things and the extra day is no big deal. When it arrived I noticed that the box had a hole torn into it and on inspection found that the stability bar had a thin dent from top to bottom and was slightly bent. Managed to fit it into the bottom of the ladder and bolt in on. It’s not aesthetically perfect but it’s a ladder not a Lotus. It feels stable when using it and importantly I feel safe. The locking mechanisms seem solid and it’s easy to put up and take down, plus, the rubber spacers mean no trapped fingers. All in all a decent ladder but might be a good idea to take more care of the product you’re selling/delivering.”
