I ordered another jersey through Fruugo to get the right jersey for his birthday. I had no idea Fruugo would use UK Soccer Shop to fulfill the order. I asked Kelly, the sales rep for UK soccer Shop for a refund, but they would not replace the shirt without me returning it, which I did. They claimed to initiate a return for the cost of the jersey, but not the two shipping costs, which were more than the cost of the jersey. Kelly explained that both shipping costs would be refunded as well. The \u201cinitiated refund\u201d never happened and Kelly from UK Soccer Shop stop answering my emails. Scam."
