“Deceptive delivery expectations, ignored e-mails Their product page screams options of "Next working day delivery". I had paid for next day delivery because I wanted a product as a gift for someone that I need to receive before my upcoming travel. Days pass by and I e-mail them continuously telling them to cancel my order if they are unable to deliver by X date, I receive no response. I get a shipping notification once I am well on my travel (when I no longer need / able to receive the product) and suddenly they respond to my e-mails throwing their Terms and Conditions about lead times. Even now, their product pages have deceptive text mentioning "Express Delivery - Next Working Day" which apparently is "once they ship the product", which, according to their terms and conditions can take up to 28 days - buyer beware!”

“I placed an order with UKSoccershop (Order 1912058). When I checked the order confirmation, I saw that no house number was included in the shipping address. No delivery company can deliver a parcel without a house number. Instead of correcting this or contacting me — which every professional webshop does — they shipped the parcel anyway. When I asked for support, they refused to provide: • tracking information • proof of delivery • or the address they claim they shipped to Their customer service even replied with: “The mistake was made by you, not us. Please stop lecturing us.” This is extremely unprofessional. If a webshop sends an order to an incomplete address, this is their responsibility, not the customer’s. I have now initiated a chargeback and reported the issue to Trading Standards. Avoid this company.”

“Please don’t buy from this awful company. Ignore all the product descriptions on their website, because they mean nothing. I bought a “kit” and it arrived without socks. Despite saying explicitly on THEIR description that it included socks. The rude man who replied to my email (you can’t phone them, their phone number doesn’t work) blamed me for not using the pictures and I should “ignore” the product description. No apology, no effort to resolve the matter, just take it and get lost. The kit arrived in a cheap horrible bag, dishevelled, messy, like it had been thrown in with no care. Do not use this company. So many others out there who don’t lie on their website and then treat you like **** when you ask for clarification.”

“Used this company to buy Man Utd items. Spend about £160 on 5 items! Two were far too big! I returned, have got postage proof. Came to £105 but they refused to give me a refund! Very unhelpful and poorly organised.”

“Paid almost £100 for a football top which was too big. Returned the item, everything ok but no sign of a refund. I’ve contacted the company several times to be told that the refund is being processed. No sign of my money.”

“Worst experience ever ! I ordered 2 jerseys then they emailed me to say that my order was pending for security reason s with my card. They asked me to make sure my card was not compromised,I called my bank to make sure everything was ok.(payment went through, they took the money) After the bank confirmed that nothing was wrong I emailed them my transaction number that the bank gave me about 4 times. They still sent me emails saying my order was pending . After 12 emails exchange they just said my order was cancelled with absolutely not reason to give me. Save yourself time and headaches by avoiding this company”

“Worst site. Ordered a personalised shirt, paid for express shipping which was an extra cost. Received updates up until “shipped”, the item has now been on “shipped” for over a week. Tried contacting, no one responds to email, number doesn’t exist. So frustrating but more disappointed. This was such a special gift I wanted to give to someone and to know I not only won’t get the order but lost out on so much money at the same time, wow, I’m shocked that people still get off on RIPPING people off. I would never recommended using this site or service.”

“Also known as Racecrate same people. Returned my jacket as poor quality and fit. Paid £148.50 two months later still no refund despite being told daily the my refund will be done that day. Beware absolute scammers. Don't try to phone them as the number listed is unobtainable. Still to this day no refund they have kept my money.”

“I ordererd a football shirt for my son on and placed (and paid) the order at December 1st. Unitil now I still didn't received the shirt. I got a notification on December 16th that there were some clearance issues. When I got (via mail and form) in contact, they said they will pick it up. Until now (48 DAYS LATER), still didn't receive anything. Asked for a refund of my money, status update etc. No communication possible als the phone is not reachable. The worst company ever!! And a very disappointed son (this was a Christimas present) and a lost my money. Don't buy at this company.”

“I’ve ordered T Shirts for my mum’s funeral - I ordered them well before Xmas. I immediately cancelled (before they went into printing and literally straight after ordering due to a mistake) but was told it would be too late. Was asked what changes I wanted to make which meant it wasn’t too late to cancel but they stopped responding. I’ve asked several times if they’ll be shipped (with mistake) in time for funeral on the 8th January. No replies. I have no money left to be buying anything else now and feel I have been scammed.”

“Can’t put no stars Absolute fraud of a company - don’t respond to emails/complaints Ordered kits over a month ago for Christmas and never received them. Been emailing daily since and nothing. I want a refund and again not getting a response - next stop trading standards and whereever next I need to go! Absolute rubbish company! Please avoid”

“Just read these reviews, nothing has changed with uk soccershop. I’m waiting for refund, i returned goods bought online, they were too big. I had email saying goods were received by them and refund was being initiated. Now they say that whoever signed for my return of goods doesn’t work there. Even wrote letter of complaint to owner of company, no reply from him so Im going to trading standards”

“Wish I could give them 0. Useless company. They’ve closed their phone lines and you have a better chance at winning the lottery then getting a response from the email address they provide as the only contact option. Absolutely useless workers, you would think the name printing on the back of the shirts was made by a 5 year old. Joke of a company. They were also in the news a few years ago for selling fake shirts… AVOID”

“I bought an Olise Bayern Munich shirt costing nearly £100, They sent me number 14 on the back but he wears number 17. They have ignored all emails for a return or refund. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!!!!”

“You order a shirt for next working day. Than only for them to take 7 days to make the shirt ready for shipment so that it still takes more than a week for it to be at your house. Kind of misleading. Dont buy here if you want a quick delivery!”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID. I don't even want to give this company 1 star. Please read this review and do NOT purchase from them. It is a scam. I ordered 2 cricket shirts with next day delivery at £8.95. The shirts never arrived, communications were dreadful and emails unanswered. They refused to refund me so I got my bank involved and Trading Standards. After that they promised me a refund but weeks later that is still not in my bank account. Any positive reviews on here are not genuine so beware. Do not buy from this company. I am hoping that my actions will force their closure to stop innocent people from being ripped off. Shame on them.”

“Terrible company . Ordered jerseys for the euros supposed to arrive in 4 to 6 days and still haven't arrived 2 months later. Tried to log a complaint and they sent me a sarcastic response then stopped responding. Avoid at all costs .”
