“This was my first visit to Under Amour. I had the best experience i have had in years. Mrs. Kaniah is the best sells person. I can express how helpful and friendly,just above and beyond. I purchased a two piece outfit she was there the entire time. I was at the Outlet mall in Missippi near Tunica. I got her ne wrong in the chat. But I want the world to know under armor has great customer service. Miles ahead of the rest. Be assured I will share with family and friends.”

“Tejon Under Armour in Arvin !!! I had to write a review about Fabian!!! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was proactive and responsive! Fabian was courteous, respectful and fantastic at his job! He anticipated my needs and is the main reason why I bought so many pairs of shoes! As a customer service is something you don't see anymore so I had to write a review for him!”

“UA in Jeffersonville Ohio outlet mall is one of my favorite places to shop. I literally drive 2 hours to come here. I want to give a shout out to Logan and Brett personally because every time I come in there they are more than lovely to have wait on me. They answer all questions and can sell things to me and my spouse in a perfect non pushy way and I love them. Loyalty member January Kearney”

“Jenny works at Under Armour at the Citadel location in Commerce California. She was very helpful and even gave me some fashion advice loved how quick she was to go get sizes and did it all with a nice friendly smile made my husband and me feel welcomed thanks for your help, Jenny.”

“Been purchasing UA products for the family since my kids were younger till now all grown up. The product quality of UA is consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations every time. We love the detailed design and comfort for clothing and shoe items, etc. Our latest early this year 2025 purchase were 3 pairs of shoes. We realized that the sizes we ordered were a bit smaller and called the customer service number in Dubai. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service-especially the lady who attended my call (043812112), very nice and accommodating. Kudos to your Ma'am. Items were exchanged to the sizes we preferred within 2 days (including collection and delivery) and re-assured that if still the sizes were not ok just advise at once. But for now, all fits well. Thanks to UA and more power!”

“Oh my gosh I prayed that this tracksuit would fit!!!!!!!! Omg perfect for fit of pants and jacket perfect!! I am so excited! I’ve tried a very long time to find this matching set and nothing fit right. This set fit perfect! I’m glad I purchased four different colors. I am so so pleased!!!!!!!!”

“I coached peewee football and we switched to Under Armour footballs. In particular, the football in the attached pic was used in two seasons of games, and looked brand new. These are the best footballs ever! I have a 10 month old German Shepherd he got ahold of this football and is his favorite toy. I went through no less than 20 balls that he destroyed in less than a day. He’s had this ball for 6 months and has given him hours of fun, he’ll wear me out before he will this ball. Best ball ever!!!”

“Bought UA Lockdown 5’s , went half size up as usual with any of my footwear as I had no feeling for over 12 years of being wheelchair bound so not having wiggle room would send them numb again so these were perfect 👍🏼 fitted a treat , look as the pictures and price was amazing 🤩, great delivery service 2 days . First class”
